Our busy in-house graphics studio not only supports our event and exhibition requirements but also manages several independent clients.

With full design and printing capabilities on site, our graphic designers can work with pre-existing artwork or create a design package for your specific requirement. From business signage to vehicle fleet wrapping, our team are adept at working with a variety of materials to ensure the best design presentation.

Installation & Dismantle

From our production facility to site, the same work team work on site to install your project and after a busy exhibition period, your team can leave the site to manage the post event customer contact while our team break your stand down ready to ship back to our storage facility.

OUR WORK

Transport

Our planning and logistics team are well experienced with international shipping and the delivery of complex projects with a comprehensive understanding of customs and borders, time delays, delivery windows and contingency requirements to ensure the successful delivery of all stand assets.

The White Space Creative fleet of vehicles includes a 7.5 and an 18-tonne articulated lorry keeping the control and delivery of your event in our hands, minimising the potential for mismanagement or failure to deliver on time.

Storage

The demand for custom built stands that can be used for numerous events requires a secure, suitable storage capability.

White Space Creative have a secure, off-site 10,000 sq. ft. storage facility. This ensures that your stand is safely stored from environmental and accidental damage until the next time your next exhibition.
