Savills Exhibits

White Space Creative delivers scaled exhibition stands and event structures across the UK and Europe for Savills, one of the world’s largest real estate companies.

THE BRIEF 

Often acting as the headline sponsor for international property industry events such as MIPIM, BCSC, MAPIC and Social Housing, Savills are a ‘must see stand’. Our brief is always to create engaging, contemporary open spaces where Savills can greet its visitors.

THE SOLUTION 

Every year we refresh the look and feel of the Savills exhibits, with high end design and an expectation to push the boundaries of a traditional exhibit space. A challenge that is always met by our talented design and creative project management team.

Warner Bros.

Entertainment group Warner Bros. exhibit annually at Brand Licensing Europe. This flagship exhibition offers them the opportunity to showcase their character brands, bring global buyers together to create new commercial partnerships.

Brand Licensing Europe is a colourful, noisy, and competitive exhibition, so Warner Bro’s must always stand out from the crowd.

THE BRIEF 

Our task is to capture visitors’ attention from across the hall and draw attendees into the Warner Bros. stand where commercial conversations can take place away from the distractions of the main exhibition hall.
In addition to their primary exhibiting space, Warner Bros. need a private meeting and product room where exclusive pre-launch products can be displayed. A space that enables high level conversations to take place with confidence and discretion with separate meeting rooms of various sizes.

THE SOLUTION 

Suspended high-level branding captures attendees’ attention as soon as they enter the exhibition hall. Utilising light boxes, showcase display units and video walls the stand design is informed by the branded Warner Bros. graphics and products.

These layered units provide a dual function, creating an attractive outer shell for the stand and acting as a barrier from the busy exhibition environment to allow attendees into a free-flowing interior meeting area.
The style and design are carried through to the separate private meeting room to provide Warner Bros. with a cohesive brand presence throughout.

Burgess

Global superyacht industry leader, Burgess teams with White Space Creative to deliver world class events at its European boat shows.

THE BRIEF 

The Monaco Boat Show is the flagship event in their tradeshow schedule. A chance to showcase the latest in their impressive fleet, Burgess takes the key ‘end of jetty’ position on the harbour. On site, we have a limited timeframe and challenging environment to build a temporary, luxury hospitality suite fit for calibre of clientele Burgess attract.

THE SOLUTION 

Never wanting to stand still, we challenged ourselves with building an even more impressive stand for the 2022 Monaco Boat Show that in previous years.

A 100m sq. space at the end of Monaco’s jetty was transformed into a fully weather tight hospitality suite.

The project required exacting design to work with the logistical prohibitions of the working space. Additional planning had to account for the changing seafront weather, portability of materials and working proximity to boats moored alongside the space.

Having a fully integrated project team ensured that every challenge was accounted for and managed seamlessly. Designers were on site during the build to ensure the integrity of design was retained and the client branding perfectly displayed.

Savills Events

With more than 75 events a year, Savills require a contemporary event solution with exact brand consistency to ensure that each project meets the same standard.

THE BRIEF 

White Space Creative works across all the Savills events to ensure a cost effective and efficient end to end solution, enabling Savills maximum exposure across the event calendar with the best ROI.

THE SOLUTION 

The nature and target audience of the Savills events differs to their exhibits, with a requirement to showcase a more relaxed and domestic feel for their residential and rural departments.

Savills host at events such as Badminton Horse Trails, The Great Yorkshire Show and Suffolk Show, where visitors can rest, relax, and enjoy great hospitality in a fully branded temporary structure. We create an environment that’s cohesive with theme of these events, whilst blending Savills brand with the setting.

Boehringer Ingelheim

The London Vet Show needed to showcase two independent Boehringer Ingelheim brands within the same exhibition space, Senvelgo for cats and NexGard for dogs.

THE BRIEF 

The key objective, to create a 360-degree complete experience that highlighted the unique qualities and benefits of each brand, coupled with active product engagement that would provide visitors with a memorable show experience.

THE SOLUTION 

Each brand needed its own distinct visual appeal. Senvelgo was designed with a French Bistro style, complete with a headless waiter photo opportunity. NexGard had a cartoon-like park experience, featuring a Whack a Worm competition.  These playful and themed elements added to the overall brand experience with props and creative finishes enhancing the visual appeal of the space. The bold differences in branding and thematic elements allowed each brand to stand out whilst maintaining their individual identities.  To maintain a strong sense of cohesion, the exhibition space was dressed in a 7m diameter suspended hanging sign, which not only enhanced visibility but also provided a central focal point for visitors. Once in closer proximity, ground level signage was strategically placed to deliver key benefits and engage visitors with the on-stand activities with an all-important call to action.
